Le travail paysager, notamment à l’Est du projet, sert à magnifier l’espace naturel du ruisseau de la Lande le long de la parcelle. Les jeux de hauteurs permettent au bâtiment de s’inscrire en douceur dans le contexte environnant. Les espaces communs de la résidence, audacieusement placés au dernier étage offrent à tous les étudiants une vue d’exception.
