Sobriété et élégance à la scandinave
La matérialité de la brique a guidé cette recherche. Elle évoque à la fois cet ancien quartier ouvrier de la ville et les grandes résidences étudiantes du Nord de l’Europe.
La résidence «Stüdent» est située entre deux immeubles sur un axe majeur à l’entrée de Rennes.
Le projet est animé par une faille centrale vitrée, des modénatures soignées et de larges ouvertures dans les studios. Chaque logement étudiant bénéficie d’une abondante luminosité.
