Le cardo maximus et le decumanus sont deux axes d’orientation : un le long du boulevard et l’autre pour inviter à redescendre vers le coeur d’ilôt. Une faille vient accentuer le glissement des volumes. Ce projet est volontairement dense, pour achever le front bâti de cet ilôt anciennement hétérogène.
